Tattoos can get you banned now

There is a woman in the UK who is banned from the local pub, her children's nativity play and says no one will employ her. She is covered in tattoos, a lot she has done herself or got her kids to do. Do you think some people have gone too far with tattoos?

I suppose the reasons for the bans are the important part and while the slant to the question makes it sound like the only motivation was her tattoos, being covered so completely does make a person stand out and her previous bad actions might well have been more noted. certainly harder for her to say 'oh, that wasn't me, it was someone who looks kinda like me'.
so I'd like to know more about the pub and nativity play bans and what the people who instituted them say the reasoning was/is.

as far as employers, I don't think you have to interview her too intensively to come to a 'poor with judgment and worse self-control' assessment. I can't imagine she'd make it through an interview for a position I was screening, but I suppose I could be amazed.

I'd say that almost anything can be overdone or go too far. I'd say she's overdone it a bit.

... she asks her kids to do tattoos on her?
