Anyone try those heel cushions for sneakers?

I just bought a pair of sneakers that are a half inch too big. Then the size down is too tight ughh..so my option is to get those heel cushions that go at the back of a shoe to provide the right fit. I've never had them, do they feel ok or comfortable?

I had surgurey on a foot annd needed to by bigger sneakers so they fit right. One foot was swollen for a while and the other normal size. I got some insoles and put it on the one sneaker and it felt ok

I always buy my runners one size larger so I can wear my thick comfy socks

As a man, when shoes are a little looser than I like, I usually buy comfort inserts to make them a little more snug.

@calicuz Thanks. Are they comfortable for the most part?

@Coralmist typically yes, but to each there own. I've worn both Red Wing's and Irish Setter's (same company) work boots, and stayed with their factory ones.

In the other hand, I've worn Cat's and Timberland's and had hard break in periods, went aftermarket on those.

Yes, you don't even know they're there.
