over $800 for Louboutin heels but I'm worth it

I think the last pair of expensive shoes I had was 2000 or 2001 and it was Louis Vuitton. It was well over a grand maybe close to 2, but I didn’t pay for them, so…

I don’t spend money on those things.

My money goes to my Jeep, or my quad, or my pottery kiln….and any other toys I may choose hahaha

The bison leather loafers I wear from ll bean are comfy from the get go and only cost $130.

Back in the 80’s I worked on Wall Street and probably spent $180 on hand made wing tips from England. That was expensive then, not now.

But, in summer and in the evenings, I wear Oofos. If you want comfortable flip flops or slides these are the best. They say they’re great for recovery, but I wear them all the time and swear by them. Look them up and try them. 💯%, you’ll find them the most comfortable ever!

A number of years ago I paid $250 for a pair of really cool runners that I wore for work. It was a splurge. I am not a shoe person.

I think about $175 for a pair of Elk skin boots twenty something years ago. They were super comfortable from the moment I slipped them on but they didn't hold up well.

Anything over £20 is expensive to me... I guess that my man has his work cut out to get me to see that I'm worth that sort of investment.
