I Hate Wearing Shoes
I hate them just hate them... you will often find myself and kids barefoot we as a family often go barefoot from April through till October and sometimes beyond that!

When out walking I will go barefoot on the soft grass. It's like plush carpet in some places. Yes I get strange looks but who cares. The English are too reserved and obsessed with what others think about them.
We go to the beach a lot. The sand is white and golden here. You only see kids barefoot. Adults rarely take off their socks and shoes. I makes me laugh and sad that they are so shackled. Even in winter when the water is very cold I'll walk along the coastline . It's so liberating.
That's the time when I get the most looks.

That's great! I wasn't raised that way, and didn't start until I was about 12 or 13. We raised our kids with the freedom to go barefoot as much as they wanted. We were often seen out and about with all of us barefoot.
