Acted social and adventurous today

Met up with some people from a meetup group at the beach. It was kinda awkward at times as Im not the best conversationalist but I had fun. I was the only person on the beach in pants. The weird part of the day was this guy clearly in his 70s said he was there for the meetup. The meetup group is specifically for people in their 20s-40s. The group leader was real nice to the guy and got him to leave. He set up a seat 10 feet away and grumbled on his phone the rest of the time. We talked about him and figured he was there to perv on the women since this was the first meetup he ever went to.
Then we went down to the water to see how cold the water was which was damn cold. So naturally I decided to dive in wearing nothing but my pants. I may have yelped a bit but it was refreshing. Only then I had wet pants the rest of the day. I also got really sunburned on my arms and neck so thats gonna hurt tomorrow. Now Im back in my apartment and oh joy the neighbors have their music on blast so I can hear everything.
