There is a YouTube, where I guy puts a piece of sausage in front of an ant and lets him.goes back off to the ant colony...

Then he replaced the sausage with a rock and the colony swarms the rock, and then he repeats this process about 3 or 4 times...

@sstronaut I once read an Entomological Hypothesis that convinced me that ants, in a quest to support the colony, upon a barren earth...could smell the moon. 🤔
