Piercing being weird

Hi everyone, when I was a teenager I had my lobes pierced with 3 holes, then a few years back I let them heal up. I'm in my 30s now and had 4 new holes done in my lobes on 8th July 2023 (over 8 months ago) . They have struggled to heal and I've had on and off flare-ups with them. The higher three seem to have now settled, but the lowest one is oozy and has what looks like bright red skin next to the piercing. I don’t have a fever and it isn’t painful. I can touch it no problem. It was a red lump yesterday morning, but this morning it seems to be smaller and so appears to be looking a bit better. Do I just leave it to run its course and heal itself or is there anything specific I need to do? Thank you for your help :-)

Hot salt soaks are the best thing to help heal piercings

I’ve had amazing luck with my piercings, but I do always hold the knowledge that diluted tea tree oil can be helpful in careful amounts.

Certainly keep an eye on it, though it does appear to be shrinking

I got mine pierced last year at Claire's.
My ears are super sensitive and I followed the instructions using this product.
You clean them gently 3x a day and only twist them once or twice a day. Just one twist on each ear with clean fingers. Try not to sleep on them. They should heal in 3 weeks with this rapid healing solution.

Salt soaks. If it doesn't clear up in a few days see your piercer.

Maybe rethink the wisdom of mutilating yourself like that?
