Piercing being weird

Hi everyone, when I was a teenager I had my lobes pierced with 3 holes, then a few years back I let them heal up. I'm in my 30s now and had 4 new holes done in my lobes on 8th July 2023 (over 8 months ago) . They have struggled to heal and I've had on and off flare-ups with them. The higher three seem to have now settled, but the lowest one is oozy and has what looks like bright red skin next to the piercing. I don’t have a fever and it isn’t painful. I can touch it no problem. It was a red lump yesterday morning, but this morning it seems to be smaller and so appears to be looking a bit better. Do I just leave it to run its course and heal itself or is there anything specific I need to do? Thank you for your help :-)[image]
