Just observation. I think what you say about women not thinking about it is true, as there's no social stigma against you wearing heels. Perhaps we male wearers make more conscious effort NOT to look like that, and possibly we are keener on it so make more effort and practise more. You would never get a male heel addict complaining about his feet hurting, for instance. In my case, heels are much more comfortable for me as they are a miraculous cure for the backache I get if I stand or walk around for more than a few minutes.
