im bright-eyed and bushy-tailed this morning..motivated by some weight loss over the last few days..abt to go gym it up 💪🦾 and yes, i put on makeup to go to the gym 😅 what are y'all up to today?

@Starcrossed that sounds like a LOVELY day. i went to the gym then ate for the first time in like 19 hours..then barnes and noble to read a cool book abt a 300 lb guy who runs marathons..then to the grocery store..took a nap and had a nightmare abt an old friend beating me up..abt to go swim and read ♡♡
@foldedunfolding sounds like you also had a lovely day! 😊 I fasted all day yesterday too and I enjoyed the hell out of having cream in my coffee this morning.
@foldedunfolding yes, I'm up to every other day fasting but my losses are at a plateau. I am finally getting to the gym with a little more regularity in the past month so am hoping to see some better results soon. I had lost a bunch [50ish] doing 18-20 hr fasts a few years ago but totally lost all of my hard work when I wasn't walking or fasting [too many vitamins and meds] after the 2 surgeries last fall.
