I don't measure a thing when I cook... I just sprinkle and add stuff until I hear the spirit of my ancestors whisper, that's enough child.

Sometimes I do that. It depends on what I'm cooking with. Some spices are easy to work with. Others I measure out but not to a t or anything. I don't measure salt and pepper.
