Being self conscious about dressing my age, for our vacation coming up...

All of my life I loved fashion, dressing a little smexy, yet conservative, that little black dress, fun flirty dresses, and ruffles and lace, but that was back in my 20's and 30's, now I am in my 40's and I look my age sooo for our upcoming vacation, I'm conscious of trying to dress my age and yet look stunning, by having my own style, that compliments my body type, and yet doesn't make me look too unnatural. So when I go shopping I'm going to incorperate that thought logic into my decisions. In hopes to look good even at my age!

I understand you are self conscious about gaining weight. That does not mean, however, that you have to wear burlap sackcloth. I am sure that you can find a flattering LBD and some fun dresses. Maybe it now it just means not wearing sexy LBDs and fun flirty dresses all the time.

Of course, you'll need to dress for the occasion. Your attire for hiking in the Grand Canyon NP is obviously not the same as going someplace to visit museums and going to the theater.

I'm sure that you're the apple of your husband's eye. Beauty is more than how you physically look. Hope you have loads of fun.
