Why don't boys wear Speedo style swimsuits to show off their body?

@sally1981: I have done an informal survey, there is not really that large, no u intended, range of normal. There was also a study done by Kings College in London as far as length and circumference, and found that the average was smaller than most would estimate. They even did a survey on erected packages.
