Should old dudes comment when we can unintentionally see naughty gurl parts?

The 22 yo girl who has worked for me for 5 years came into work this morning wearing summer gear. It's in the 70's for the first time this year, and from my office seat I can see that she doesn't like underwear. Say... or nay?

Get another woman in the office to mention it to her. If you are the only 2 people there, we are clear that display was for you. In that case just tell her she needs to wear panties to work. It's the way to be!

Trust me, that display is not for me... LOL
It is however almost impossible to avoid so I have to have somebody let her know

@THEBIGM: I find it interesting that it's been pointed out you could be accused of sexual harassment if you mention or mishandle this in any way, but no one considers this sexual harassment on HER part! You just said it's unavoidable and you can't work. Hmmmm.
