Should old dudes comment when we can unintentionally see naughty gurl parts?

The 22 yo girl who has worked for me for 5 years came into work this morning wearing summer gear. It's in the 70's for the first time this year, and from my office seat I can see that she doesn't like underwear. Say... or nay?

I mean, if a man came to work with his personal bits exposed for viewing he'd be charged with indecent exposure.

Part of society's double standards...

A woman exposes herself, any guy looking is a pervert or peeping tom. If a guy exposes himself he is a pervert and committing indecent exposure!

@Quizzical: seems so. Still, in a workplace, there should be a single standard. Equal pay for equal work, and the same dress code for all. Either everyone comes with their genitals covered or everyone comes with them on public display.
