What to wear for a long run?

I use ASICS shoes always been best I've found. Sports bra then suitable running top and trousers or shorts.

Brooks are good running shoes

I wear running shorts and very lightweight Tshirt and Hoka shoes
On my run now actually

Comfy tennis shoes 👟

Dependds on the temperature

A bikini...

How longs long

For me .. an oxygen tank 🤭

If its fight or flight .. I'm throwing hands.

Avoid heels
