I'm a guy so I don't wear dresses. My name isn't Klinger.
Around the house I might use the same clothes for up to a week depending what sort of things I do. If I get dirty they'll go in the wash same day otherwise get re-used until the next washing machine run is ready to go.
For work clothes, two or three days before they go in the wash and I grab a fresh set. it's hi-vis long sleeve shirts and long pants for work.
I generally do one washing machine load a week, sometimes only once in two weeks depending how much I've filled it up.
Socks and undies are definitely changed every day though.
