Fashion victim
One of my sisters decided she needed some quality "girl time" with my daughter and took her clothes shopping yesterday afternoon. Suits me fine. I hate shopping in real time and my daughter and I have very different sartorial standards 🤷♀
Daughter showed me her purchases when they got home. She is particularly pleased with the yellow dungaree shorts they bought. Exactly the same outfit I saw 18 months ago and said would look great on her. And that she indicated in no uncertain terms she would not be seen dead in 🤦♀
According to my sister, fashion is all about timing. I, apparently, have no sense of timing. So it's back to the dark corner of the playground that I must return with my sisters' hand-me-downs that don't fit and all the other girls who don't quite get it 🥺
