Ladies do you wear sports bras with regular outfits?

When not exercising etc?

I used to wear one frequently as it had more support overall. Just bought a new one today and hopefully will have good support.

after I had my shoulder surgery I wore those because the have lots of support and I still do. I will go out wearing one under my outfit.

@Baybreeze yes it’s very comfortable and did not hurt my shoulder like a regular bra strap did.
