Google is your friend. Just type in 7XL underwer😷
@whowasthatmaskedman In theory... In reality, he's right in that there is no universal measurement system used in the world today.

I'm a little larger than I should be and recently needed some period pants. Soon to be ex screwed up the order and ordered two sizes bigger than I needed - so they should've been falling down on me... instead, they were so tight that they were cutting off my circulation and I had to wear and wash them a few times before they conformed to my body.

It’s bewildering even on one site if they deal with different companies they can have 4 measurement systems, reason I’m doing it is get very depressing for someone not to find anything

And getting the wrong size never goes down well@Willomk1
@Willomk1 Sizes also vary between countries, too. If your product is coming from a supplier in China, you need a size or three larger than you actually are.

In your case, it's possible that having them custom made might be the only way that you can guarantee that you get exactly what you want. You also have a greater say on what they are made from in that way, too, if your partner has any particular preferences along those lines.

I think you might be right but again not so easy to find @HootyTheNightOwl
@Willomk1 Factory shops (places where factories sell directly to the public) are a good place to start, though... they generally have larger sizes available off the shelf - and, if they don't have your size there, you can ask.

@HootyTheNightOwl Most of the internet based retailrs has a size conversion chart as part of their site to convert you different intenational standards as well as inches and cm..😷

In the uk so there’s no factory shops that do that size, big bloomers does but they won’t put elastic in the legs which she needs, tried doing it but just ruined then@HootyTheNightOwl
