Yay or nay

What's the big deal with people looking down on someone, who wears 2nd hand clothing.
I know thrifting is somewhat cool now days, but it's still got some stigma, the people that are into thrifting and people that are into name brands, designer, Instagram world are too seperate people and when they meet the person with more money looks down on others.

I personally don't care, I love charity shops, they clothed me for almost all my childhood, and most of my adulthood, it's just clothes🤷‍♀️what's important is the quality of those clothes, it's environment friendly to ♻️ it's cost efficient too♻️💰 had people look down on me because I buy 2nd hand shoes aswell, I don't care, at least I live within my means, besides my personal style is easily found in these stores🤷‍♀️
Are you into thrifting, if not why? If yes what's something you wouldn't buy from thrifts?

I adore thrifting. I get paid every 2,weeks and first thing I do is go to Goodwill for a couple of shirts, or a pair of shoes, or the very hard to find house hippo. Everything may be secondhand, but it’s brand new to me. And I always get lots of compliments on the clothes I find.

@Mardrae I sell some clothes too and shoes, I always sell things in great condition and buy things in great condition, not everything's old and smelly lol

@Hikikomoribabe99 I have never had much luck selling things- I usually just give away all the clothes I don’t wear anymore.
