High underwear
I tried to buy some high waisted knickers recently and couldn’t find any in smaller or medium sizes, only large. I think I’m medium and these were all way too big.
Normally I wear reasonably low-cut briefs so they don’t show above jeans but thought it nigh5 be fun to try something higher that totally covered my bum, maybe up to my belly button. Nothing fancy, just plain black cotton or nylon.
I can only assume this means the store thinks that a ‘full brief’ (is that an oxymoron?) is not fashionable and only big women would want them. Which is kind of insulting both ways.
I only tried one large discount store. It’s a bit of an experiment so I’m not ready to go up-market until I try the look.
