I Wonder How Long Till These Catch On?

Haven’t seen anyone wearing them yet but then again I don’t get out much & mix with younger people these days.

At least they finally patched the holes
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Tminus6453 they’d be a lot warmer in cool or colder weather. I saw a young woman wearing extremely ripped jeans waiting at a bus stop shivering because it was cold and the wind was blowing and thought how unpractical those jeans were.

@cherokeepatti Have to suffer for style!
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@ninalanyon not this girl

At least the holes are filled in, buying jeans with more holes than material boggles my mind🤯

Looks like something that would appeal to an 11 y/o

Wait, let me get this straight.

They start with a good pair of jeans with no holes, then they put holes in them, then they patch the holes so they can sell you jeans with no holes in them?🤔

Don't be giving these boys ideas
Strongtea · 22-25, M
I think they’re pretty cool! Not for me but I might get a pair for my girlf as I know she’d like them.
Adrift · 61-69, F
Kind of reminds me of the 60s when people used to embroider flowers on their pants.

Those are cute! I remember jeans like that when I was kid. I only allow my daughter to wear the ripped or "holy" jeans over leggings. I bought her a bunch of wild patterned leggings and she actually didnt fight me. She thinks its cool. Of course she wears ankle high lug soled lace up boots with them , but she has no skin visible.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@TexChik I was thinking that this would be good even if a person wasn’t into ripped jeans because they might want to patch their regular jeans when they start getting holes and do it like this.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
Back in the late 70's Colonel Days sold Levi jeans with bullet holes
Nanori · F
I'd wear them
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Nanori If I was young I would. would be cute with a solid-color shirt or sweater.
FurryFace · 61-69, M
more commonly its ripped and torn jeans , no patch work
MasterLee · 56-60, M
Thrift store?
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@MasterLee You could buy some there and embellish them with patches.
ShaneMckay · 41-45, M
Pretty damn ugly! Today's children, (ages 5-17) will love them!
SW-User
I actually love em lol 🥰
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@SW-User if a person knows how to sew and has a good strong sewing machine they could customize their own jeans. Some of the ones I’ve seen online had skulls on them etc.

Looks like hippie clothes
