They make yoga suits that have a matching crop top that also serves as a sports bra. I see girls out in those all the time and definitely at the spa. I wear something similar in Kickboxing.

It’s a sports bra, so it should not be a concern, but to each, their own views on the subject.

Depends if its at a gym or a public space not suited for that type of top
