Having lust for anything is not bad...but people should have control on their actions!
If girl roam around nude it doesn't mean she is your prey that you were looking to rape or hurt her...this line was for all rapists.
Everyone have right to live the way they want. It's just people of society have to change their mindset and view about them.

It's the way society deals with nudity that causes the problems. It is not the human condition.
After all there are still tribes in remote areas where nudity is the norm.
