Girls, did you always have to wear a skirt growing up?

Even when climbing trees lol?

Our school uniforms included skirts. Slacks were not allowed for girls back them. We received a special dispensation to be able to wear shorts under our skirts in order to play on the jungle gyms and climb around on the playgrounds, while preserving our “modesty”.

@bijouxbroussard Shorts under skirts are a good idea 👍 I went to an all girls school and I don't think they were ever considered 😕
