What do you consider the psychology of high heelsor stilettos on a woman?

High heels or stilettos are dangerous and can cause sprains and breaks, uncomfortable, cause your butt to stick out much farther than it does normally which is a sexual lure, and can cause trouble later in life with spinal alignment.

To answer your question, because of all the possible negative consequences listed above, a woman who wears high heels or stilettos a LOT is absolutely desperate to be considered sexy, or desirable, due to low self esteem.
