Am I dressed decent enough for a walk at 1:30 am?

when i say decent i mean won't get in trouble by the police if they were to see me. i don't see why i would get in trouble they are for swimming. So if i can wear them on the beach or at a pool i can wear them on a walk at 1:30 am I live in Canada if that makes a difference.
