What are these type of heels called?

I'm trying to find the name of a type of heels but have only got a picture in my head

Basically it's where they don't completely cover the bottom of the foot

@SamanthaPrincess They actually cover most of the feet, like heel and toes etc. It's just the middle they don't cover entirely
