What are these type of heels called?

I'm trying to find the name of a type of heels but have only got a picture in my head

Basically it's where they don't completely cover the bottom of the foot

@SW-User It's not because that's when the "heel" part is very thin. I'm talking about the part in between heel and toe of foot are.

Like the middle of the foot, sorry I'm still figured out exactly what I mean
