Obviously any woman or young woman should be able to wear whatever she wishes without fear of any impropriety. HOWEVER, as we have allowed the pornographic industry to grow and as that industry portrays women engaged in carnal activity in short skirts, tight shorts, stockings, etc., many will view even the most innocent of beings - wrongly - as being wholly promiscuous.
