Girls would u go out to a gas station in a pair of shorts and sneakers late at night when its pretty cold out (mid to late december)

I'm from Canada! I can't tell how cold it is in this picture. Also if she lives close by and it's not like snowing out. Than it's not to bad. But the answer is no... at least here this time of year it's cold enough. Unless I'm 30 second walk or less I'm not leaving the house like that this time of the year.
