I would be reluctant to trust nor take seriously anyone who couldn't even dress themselves properly...I don't know why they think that looks "cool" (other than the fact they are getting a hell of a breeze).

@indyjoe 😂 I normally don't judge people by how they dress but I've decided to make sagging an exception based on so many bad interactions I've had with such people
