For the guys: What is your shaving method of choice?

For the longest time I simply relied on electric razors. Or on not shaving at all as my partners complained I had a baby face and they felt like pedophiles if they took me out in public. I was never really taught to do a traditional shave and had no real interest in holding sharp things to my face and neck. A couple months ago I decided I'd try something new and switched to manual razor and shaving gel and really liked the results. A couple weeks ago, I thought I'd try taking the next step and swapped that foaming gel for a badger hair brush and hard shaving soap. I was pretty stunned by the difference. A bit of extra effort, but really seems to be worth it.

Do you guys favor the speed of practical electric, or the closeness of methodical manual?
