What to wear with a gray skirt and black tights ?

Black MaryJanes and a crisp white button down. Hair up and glasses if you have them.

Or maybe a nice fitted 3/4 or long sleeve tee with a coordinating scarf and knee or ankle boots. Those big fluffy blanket scarves seem to be trendy this year.
