You are certainly beautiful either way ... I might add a hint of blue over your eyes, not make my lashes quite as dark and thick and maybe tone the lipstick down a few shades . You have lots to work with ... pretty face , smooth skin , blue eyes , pretty smile . Guess it just depends on the situation as to whether you use make up or not

Whatever makes you feel better about yourself is the right choice. But, I'd have to go with the no makeup IMHO.

to be completely honest you are very pretty both ways you might try a lighter shade of lipstick (only my opinion) the main thing is how do you feel best.

None or maybe go with the less is more approach.
