yes when applied correctly. it enhances the woman's beauty by high lighting areas and covering minor "flaws" which often times makes the wearer feel prettier and changes her demeanor.

Yes, It makes me feel just a little better. I don't wear much but what I do is tasteful and I wear it for me only.
