Do you feel or have you ever felt 'sexy' ? Did you enjoy it ?

I'm not really able to say I ever have felt 'sexy' (and men in general don't feel sexy or express themselves that way), but it seems primarily the domain of women to strive to feel/be/find their 'sexy'. What actually is 'sexy'?
