How popular is ANR among women?

I don't see that many women interested in ANR but lots of men like it 🤔

On here I’ve seen plenty of women with ANR/ABF in their list of groups, and women are posting about it all the time. “Any men in the Cincinnati area interested in adult breastfeeding? HMU,” Type thing.
