I Believe In Santa Claus

Dear Santa,

I write to you today in hopes that you, Mrs. Claus, and the elves are in good health and full of good cheer this season.

As you surely know, the world that I grew up believing in, a place full of wonder and magic, has darkened as I have grown older.

Violence has overtaken the world on our beautiful blue marble on a global scale yet again. So for my Christmas this year I have made a list for you to consider.

If Sir, you should find it in your heart to grant these wishes to my fellow EP'ers I would be eternally grateful.

My List for My Fellow EP Folks

1. May you find each day something beautiful that reminds you that you are special, unique and your life has a purpose.

2. May your laughter be heard and your fears be allayed.

3. May you remember the feeling of jumping on the bed, building blanket forts, and how awesome It was to get a new toy ... And may you have that feeling of innocent joy yet again.

4. May you release your grudges and resentments and forgive those who have harmed or wronged you. May that release lighten your soul and fill you with the renewal of peace.

5. May you love those different than you in age, religion, affiliation and class. May you recognize if you don't already, that we are all made of the same stardust borne from fire and ice millennia ago and know that we are all connected.

6. Lastly may peace and joy be upon your doorway this season and forevermore.
