When a somewhat famous customer changes her art work on Stanley tumblers

It's normally okay but her order is complete with last years images. I told her I can sell them to her for half price or put them in my discounted machine locally. She wants her local fans to get the deal. I also saved her money by convincing her to order 96 instead 100 as i buy by the dozen. Does she owe tariff fees no all fees are included in my prices
