Possibly a stupid question: what does one do, visiting Epstein's island?

Extravagant dinners, or other nefarious, immoral activities?

I ask because I'd hate to discover a respected person would visit such a place and anyone who does looks suspicious

@NativePortlander1970 the thing is, I don't know what to expect of some one who goes there.

I know terrible things have gone on but I have to wonder how many guests were not aware and not just a random party guest.
