Some people must have some kind of charisma that they can ask people to harass and bully someone for them and they'll do it without knowing why they

are being asked or without knowing the full story or hearing both sides. I mean I wouldn't do that, but many people will, not to mention that even if they have a reason to be upset it's still harassment and bullying.
