Why would the ACLU suddenly crawl out from under a rock in Utah?

And why do they want to prevent the counting of mail-in ballots there before election night when those election officials have already been ordered by a judge to keep the tallies secret.

I have no idea about the particulars of this situation. But if the ACLU is involved, I'm immediately suspect of their intentions.

@HoraceGreenley The left is worried about losing the senate and there is a very close senate race there that they are trying to influence.
