Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane) of Harry Potter fame has passed.

I just saw this, he was 72. You always worry about a man that size and his cardiovascular health. From all accounts he was a very kind and wonderful man.

He also guested twice on a 1980s British period sitcom called Blackadder. Once in season 3 as Dr. Samuel Johnson and in a Christmas special as The Spirit Of Christmas. In his initial role you couldn't tell he's the same guy who played Hagrid but in the second role he had a similar beard.

Just a bit of random trivia about him. May he rest in peace. He was a talented actor.
