There’s only a very limited number of people here I’d trust that things won’t go further but even then I won’t unless it’s about someone else being bullied and harassed. My personal stuff won’t be subject to vent about in private.

Oh yeah. I learned it the hard way when I used to share my thoughts with this person I considered a friend and sooner or later that would all be used against me in some form of accusation, usually abusive.

Absolutely, I had what I thought was a trusted friend here that wasn’t at all.

I just keep those thoughts inside now because why would I share anything when I just comes back to hurt me.
