Chances of having a healthy baby after 40

Title says it all what are the chances of having a healthy baby between the ages of 40-43?

Not an expert but my ex and I had our daughter when we both was over 40 . She is healthy. The only drawback that I find is We was old enough to be grandparents so I’m probably not going to have grandkids or time to watch them grow up.

@Repete Thats not true you will be old enough to see your grand kids be positive.

@Repete Yep. You can probably forget about ever having grandchildren if you put off parenthood into your 40s.
