Chances of having a healthy baby after 40
Title says it all what are the chances of having a healthy baby between the ages of 40-43?

One of my cousins just did. She is actually 44 and just had her first baby! She had given up on trying to get pregnant years ago and was totally content with her life with her husband… then BAM positive pregnancy test. She only tested bc she was feeling so off and much to her surprise she was pregnant.
Pregnancy was healthy up until the end. She was sent for csection 4wks early because of blood pressure (and baby was breech). He was delivered a bit over 6lbs and is a very healthy happy lil guy. He is a few weeks old now with no complications or illness.
