Chances of having a healthy baby after 40

Title says it all what are the chances of having a healthy baby between the ages of 40-43?

Plenty, but the problem is more to do with rapidly falling fertility. By 40 the 'egg number' is extremely low, so actually getting pregnant the 'natural' way (ie via sex) is very difficult.

@bushi2020 Yes - I'm good friends with her and supported her a lot during her pregnancy and I got to be at the birth too!
