Depends if it's your first or not and a few other factors. Some struggle by that time period resorting to IVF and other fertility treatments. Pregnancy is always a risk no matter your age and other possible health factors. Ultimately it can happen to anyone but chances of risk are slightly higher as menopause approaches for a female egg quality also reduces.

@bushi2020 Success for IVF isnt instant. Some manage right away others take longer. Also there are different treatments one can consider before going for the more aggressive one. Consider finance also. Plus it being time consuming etc etc. I'm no medic but I struggled with my #2 ended up conceving him naturally in one of the greatest miracles I've seen because prognosis wasn't good. Yet. Here we are. So at any rate don't give up.
