As the date draws closer, I can scarcely believe it. To think you’re actually right here with me just waiting to pop. You have been a long time coming and I can’t wait to meet you, my son.
He can come any day. I am so excited for you! I love you so much and I hope everything goes smooth. Soak in every single baby snuggle!!! 🥰 we will be here to hear the news 💕 my hopes is the rest of your pregnancy is smooth sailing and I’m hoping for a safe and easy birth and recovery goes smoothly for both mom and little Lucas 🩵 I’m so overjoyed for you ❤
I hope your bag is packed. Some suggestions of things I had or wish I had packed:

Charger with long cord if possible
I brought my makeup to just feel human after that first shower
Favorite body wash/lotion/spray
Chap stick … I Can NOT fucking stress it enough. Throw a 10 pack in the bag just to be safe!!!

Comfy button up jammies
A pillow
Chapstick
Going home outfit (I almost forgot mine when I had Aiden)
Hair ties
Brush
Toothbrush/toothpaste (the ones in the hospital suck)
Chapstick
Empty bag for hospital freebies
Flip flops for shower
Favorite comfort item (blanket, sweatshirt, etc.)

Stuff for Desmond :
Hoodie/jacket (hospitals get cold)

For Lucas:
2–3 zipper sleepers/newborn outfits (stay away from the buttons , trust me the zipper is your friend!!! I also HIGHLY recommend the onesies with the mittens as their nails are SHARP

Infant car seat already installed in the car - (‼‼‼HIGHLY FUCKING RECOMMEND))))
